Australian Bureau of Statistics - Enterprise Architecture
The challenge was to setup an operational enterprise architecture professional practice with influence to business analysis, solution delivery & project management and support businesses strategy. 
Established and developed architecture development capability while working with stakeholders (plus external agencies) to ensure their concerns where met.

Ipswich City Council (ICC) - Enterprise Architecture
Mentored and coached staff (solutions, enterprise architects and Business Analysts) in ARIS, increasing their knowledge in use of ARIS. Created understanding of the ARIS Value Engineering Methodology (AVE) and its relation to ICC ARIS environment by running AVE workshops. Increased staff knowledge of how to structure the enterprise architecture in ARIS by running enterprise architecture modeling workshops.

RACV - Enterprise IT Architecture & Solutions Architecture
Royal Automobile Club of Victoria is a multi-faceted organization, offering diverse products and services to at least 2 million members. These include; Insurance, Finance, Emergency Roadside Assistance, Resorts & Hotel, Tourism & Travel, Driving and Loyalty system, also 20 retail outlets, 12 regional agencies, 5 hotels and resorts.
Major challenges included an ongoing SOA implementation, integration of acquired systems from new business and consolidation of infrastructure while keeping costs & risk to minimum and managing vendors and quality of solutions delivered to the RACV.
Provided Enterprise IT Architectural services minimising solution delivery costs while ensuring compliance to RACV architecture including security standards like PCIDDS where met or risks mitigated and ensured they were in control of their IT assets by release management planning. 

Xstrata Copper - Enterprise Architecture (Business Process Modeling - ARIS)
Global diversified mining group listed in London and Swiss exchange, employs over 56,000 people in 18 countries.
  • Implemented/maintained prescribed Enterprise Architecture, modeling and naming conventions.
  • Leveled enterprise modeling, including process owners reviews/workshops and reporting. Processes mapped include Common Systems, Asset Maintenance and ITIL.
  • More than 91 models from ARIS house included concept, value chains, business objectives and KPIs, organisation, matrix, functional allocation diagrams down to complex enterprise process chains (EPCs).
  • Migrated Visio diagrams with review and collaboration of Senior Business Process Analyst and Business Integration General Manager.

Monash University - Enterprise Information Management
Largest university in Australia with more than 48,000 students, 5,000 staff, 20,000 active network devices, 8 major campuses many ‘satellite’ campuses all networked. Large multicultural environment with complex heterogeneous systems, SAP, Callista, Oracle, Lotus Notes 8, Unix, Windows, OSX, Linux etc.
Corporate level project for Information Management Strategy,
  • Developed internal consulting, training & support to improve the practice of work groups & individuals doing Information Management.
  • Introduction, localisation and application of Monash Information Management Strategy.

European Union - African Caribbean Pacific Business Assistance Scheme - IT Service Management
All - African Caribbean Pacific project that provided matching grants for costs of management consulting services incurred by eligible private sector enterprises, and by trade and professional associations. EBAS Scheme was structure into Programme Management Unit, located in Brussels and six regional offices, four in Africa, one in Caribbean and the sixth in the Pacific island nation of Vanuatu. 
Challenge included running a virtual office infrastructure with connection to Brussels. Worked in the Nairobi office which covered, Burundi, Comoros, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Uganda, Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan, Seychelles & Tanzania.
Directed and managed all IT and IS aspects of the regional office.
